My laptop does not charge. And now?

Identifies the source of the problem

Note: don't forget that you should always use a charger with a power equal to or greater than what the laptop requires. 

 

2 - Voltage (V) and amperage compatibility (A)

Technology and computing are constantly evolving. Thus, most current notebooks are already prepared to tolerate voltage spikes.

However, it is important that you know that the computer can be damaged if you use a charger with a different voltage than the one required. 

Regarding the amperage, if it is low there is no damage, but you will still have a problem: you cannot charge the battery or work normally!
