The problem

• One WiFi network: this is the guarantee that you have a stable and continuous connection, without performance drops, signal failures or reconnections.

 

What if you need an internet connection even further away from home? It's simple. As an example, a package TP-LINK Deco M4 (3-pack) provides WiFi in an area up to 370 square meters. If you need to cover a larger area, just add new nodes (of the same brand) to the system.

Finally, it remains to be noted that in addition to the advantages and effectiveness of this solution, the design of the APs is quite aesthetic!

 

The investment-results ratio

A WiFi access point or repeater tends to be more economical than a mesh solution.

In turn, the price of a mesh system varies depending on its capabilities and also on the units that make up the kit. For example, the Asus Ac1500 Zenwifi Dual-band Gigabit Mesh System White Pack-2 and the Asus Ac1500 Zenwifi Dual-band Gigabit White Pack-3 Mesh System that differ by around €60.

However, the investment-return ratio will be higher when opting for a mesh solution.

 

Useful tip: before you buy your mesh system, consider the type of router you have at home. If your router already has mesh technology built in, you just need to buy a compatible mesh AP.
